This venue has been purposely fit out to provide the maximum amount of workout space, movement potentials and to give the CrossFitters in Hervey Bay a home they are proud to say is theirs.

*Note: The price you pay at sign up, is the lifetime price you will pay at KB crossFit Hervey Bay. Although, this is dependant on month to month continuous membership.

January 1st 2014 the price goes up to $130 p/month.

What a great first day we had in Hervey Bay yesterday!!

14 guys and gals joined us at the new box in Hervey Bay & neither of us were disappointed.

We were hoping you may head to our Facebook page, when you had a chance, & post a testimonial about your time with us. It doesn’t matter if it was recent or in days gone by, we are simply hoping to widen our family to Hervey Bay and hope that you guys can accept the new crew in & consider yourselves their older siblings, mentoring them & guiding them into what you know can change their lives like yours have been changed.

Children - Children are welcome at KB CrossFit Hervey Bay.

They will however, be required to be kept away from the workout area & under your control at all times.

Well, after 3 years of running CrossFit sessions consistently in Moranbah

Ben & Kel are calling out 3-2-1-GO to their CrossFit community for the last time tonight

We would like to invite all Past & Present KB CrossFitters & BodyFit Redemptioners down to this final FREE sesh

We have loved every workout, meeting every one of you & being a part of your lives.

You will all hold a very close spot in our hearts forever & we are forever in your debt for inspiring us.

We cannot believe the day is that we hold our last ever session in Moranbah is only 1 sleep away. We would like to invite all past & present CrossFitters or BodyFit Redemption crew to come down and join us for one last WOD tomorrow (thursday). There will also be a BBQ afterwards, so if you are going to come down, please let us know so that we can cater appropriately for it.

Wall ball (20 lb, 10 ft target), for reps
Sumo deadlift high-pull (75 lb), for reps
Box jump (20″), for reps
Push press (75 lb), for reps
Row, for calories
For total points (count reps + calories) in 3 rounds
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
